Hi there and welcome to my site! If you are here, it may be because you are seeking something different or better for yourself. I commend you for taking this first step; that is always the hardest for any new journey or path we are unsure of.  My name is L!nda and my business is Linda’s L!fe Coaching & Personal Development Services.

For several years, I have been asked my advise & help and to share my experiences, education and skills. My hope is to offer you aid in your process of setting and obtaining  new goals, reaching new heights, organizing yourself, or lending you an ear or two to bend. Over the years, I have taken courses/classes to update and make myself privvy to newer thoughts and ideas of helping others in their journey.  A few years ago, I went on a personal journey of my own to recreate myself with the close personal help, care and love of a very special and dear friend. Subsequent to that, I have taken more courses and have recently put these practices to the test and have been successful.  I've helped people reach their destination (not final) by offering  tools and/or sharing information helpful to them in their process. 

In addition to working with men and children I help guide women with personal issues ranging from Domestic Violence to Eating Disorders,Parenting Skills to OCD, I offer Conflict Resolution, etc. I give everyone useful and helpful tools/ information to utilize to help them navigate through their own new journey. Let me help you get started on your new path through life; come and see me today and let's make sense of what's going on. I have studied/been a student of Psychology/Human Services (Social Work) for many years and in many capacities. I leant my services at a Mental Health facility as a Consumer Consultant/Peer Advocate where I was placed in charge of being creative for activities and other duties such as but not limited to planning, developing and providing recovery oriented services. I visited with consumers (clientele) 1 on 1 to better understand their needs. I facilitated & co-facilitated groups such as Border Line Personality and Skills Building groups.

I have helped those struggling with Schizophrenia, Bi-Polar Disorder, Obessive-Compulsive Disorder,  PTSD, and Border Line Personality disorder, just to name a few -- Elsewhere at a facility for adults; many suffered with physical/mental health & neurological challenges where I utilized my personal knowledge/experiences successfully. I worked mainly with those diagnosed with Autism (also non-verbals) Border-Line Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, some who were physically limited, and suffering with brain damage.

In addition to Holistic Life Coaching and Personal Development, I Mentor adults and children of all ages and Advocate for the needs of all. I also offer PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT and CONSULTING.

While I am not focused in any one direction, I have worked with OCD, Autism, Asperger's,Tourette's Syndrome, Hoarding and Border Line Personality more often than not. I have worked with children with anger issues and parents with child discipline issues. I am very passionate about helping and having my hands in as much as possible.

My personal mission, is to promote mental health,offer support and guidance to anyone who is willing to change and to get others to look past the diagnosis and see them for who they are, not what they have. A diagnosis (as such) limits and stifles creativity when you believe that is who you are, but it is important to know what the diagnosis is, what it means to you and/or others, and more importantly, finding what is possible!
